Terms of Service

You need an account to use the planner. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You can delete your account at any time from Account & plan.

You keep ownership of the syllabi, notes and other material you upload or paste. You allow us to store and process it only to provide StudyFlow to you, including sending the needed parts to our AI provider when you use AI features. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's private information.

AI results can contain mistakes. They do not replace your instructor's instructions, your official course materials or your school's policies. Always check important dates and requirements. StudyFlow only uses the material you give it and has no access to textbooks or course systems. You are responsible for following your school's academic integrity rules.

• Do not try to access other users' data or get around limits or security.
• Do not scrape, resell or overload the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing or infringing content.

The Free plan includes a limited number of syllabus uploads each month and AI requests each day. The current limits are shown on your Account & plan page. StudyFlow Pro costs $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, plus any taxes. Pro includes extra AI planning tools, 10 syllabus uploads per month and higher AI limits. Fair-use limits apply to all plans to protect the service.

Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You are charged when you subscribe and at each renewal. There is no free trial.

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service questions about orders and handles returns. We never see your full card details.

You can cancel anytime from Account & plan under Manage billing or cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your saved data is kept. If you are not satisfied with Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — see the Refund Policy.

We work to keep StudyFlow available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

StudyFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university, instructor or publisher.

As far as the law allows, StudyFlow is provided "as is". We are not responsible for missed deadlines or grades that result from relying on extracted or AI-generated information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above.

StudyFlow is operated by Noah Xayaosa, doing business as Study Flow. For support, privacy questions or other inquiries, email studyflow.help@outlook.com. You do not need an account to contact us by email.

If you have a StudyFlow account, you can also use the Support page after signing in. Your request is linked to your account and you will see our reply there.
